Big Brother Star Dies After Collapsing In A Bar

Monica Sirianni, the Italian Big Brother star, died in a club in Italy at the age of 37.

It’s reported the reality TV star fell ill suddenly on Friday night during an evening out with friends in Sauveria Mannelli, a town in the province of Catanzaro.

It’s thought Monica was rushed to hospital but sadly died shortly after being admitted. A cause of death has not yet been established.

“At the time I still watched the program and I remember it, I’m very sorry! A hug to the family,” one fan of Monica’s wrote on Twitter as news of her death broke.

“OMG…. I’m so sorry, condolences to the family,” another added.

Big Brother fans have been paying tribute to the late reality TV star

Monica appeared on the 12th season of the Italian version of Big Brother, which aired between 2011 and 2012, and stayed in the house for around a month before being evicted.

Italian media are reporting the reality TV star was enjoying a night out with her friends in a club when she suddenly collapsed to the ground.

It’s thought Monica was then rushed to the nearby Soveria hospital, where the doctors could do nothing but record her death.

It’s reported doctors are not ruling out Monica suffered a heart attack but an investigation into the star’s cause of death is still ongoing.

Prior to starring on Big Brother over a decade ago, Monica had been living in Australia but returned to her home country Italy to appear on the reality TV series.

During her time on the show, Monica received a visit from her boyfriend Diego, who took issue with her flirtation with fellow housemate Fabrizio Conti.

Monica ended her relationship with Diego and struck up a romance with Fabrizio and the two reality TV stars stayed together after leaving the Big Brother house, but split shortly after returning to life in the outside world.

Following her stint on Big Brother, Monica remained in Italy. It’s thought the late star’s parents had emigrated to Australia prior to her reality TV venture.
